Now accepting new friend applications….

First off, I am not saying anything bad about the friends I have. In fact, I just spent an amazing weekend in Nevada as a bridesmaid to one of my dear friends. It was so great to be able to be there for her wedding. I am glad I decided to bring some of my school supplies with me. She had forgotten that’s what I was going to school for, and I did her make up for her wedding. But there I go getting sidetracked as to the reason for this post.

As I was saying, it’s not that I don’t love the friends I have, I really do. They are amazing. No, what I’m saying is that I need some more friends in this area. A few of the girls that I know here have busy lives and sometimes I realize I could use a few more girlfriends. School takes a lot of time, and so does a baby, but my home is always open. :0)

About Military Bride

Military Bride is my view of the world from a veteran, spouse, and mommy perspective. I’m sure it’s going to be a bumpy ride, but I don’t mind sharing triumphs and tears with you. I joined the Military at the age of 21, and met my husband not to long after. We’ve been married a little over 3 years, and have a beautiful baby boy. My life has already gone through drastic changes, from getting out of the military, to becoming a mommy and going back to school. I look forward to sharing my experiences with you.
